Application Instructions
Achieve perfect results every time with our simple three-step process:
- Press: Position the transfer and apply at 150°C for 15–20 seconds with medium to heavy pressure.
- Cool: Remove the garment from the press and allow it to cool completely.
- Peel: Smoothly peel away the backing paper to reveal a permanent, high-definition finish.
Artwork & Ordering
To ensure the highest quality output, please provide your artwork in a vector format (PDF/AI/EPS). If your design requires a custom Pantone match or multi-colour elements, please explore our Full-Colour Transfer or ZERO Ink ranges.
Available Sizes:
- A3 Ganged Sheets: Maximise your value by fitting multiple logos onto a 297 x 420mm sheet.
- Precision Cut Sizes: Available in 95x95mm, 60x60mm, 100x70mm, and 295x100mm, as well as A4, A5 and A6.
*Dye migration can occur on polyester garments several days or weeks after a transfer has been applied and the level of migration can differ widely from fabric to fabric. As such pre-testing is recommended as the same result cannot be guaranteed on all fabrics. All instructions and recommendations are given as a guide. It is the user’s responsibility to check that the transfers are compatible with the base fabric/material

Coated or waterproofed nylons need to be tested. Pre-testing is recommended as the same result cannot be guaranteed on all nylon fabrics.
