What data do we store on Dropbox?

• Customer artwork files (PDFs, PNG, SVG, images) uploaded for design projects
• Generated PDF layouts for production orders
• Temporary backup copies of design files

Why do we use Dropbox?

We use Dropbox exclusively as a backup and disaster recovery system. When customers upload artwork, we automatically back up these files to Dropbox to ensure artwork survives server redeployment without loss. This protects customer investments in design work.

How is data secured?

• All files are stored in a dedicated app-specific folder (/Apps/ArtworkBackup/)
• Files are only accessible via our application and the Dropbox account holder
• No customer or personal data is shared with third parties
• Access is limited to backup and restore operations only

How long is data retained?

• Files are retained as long as the customer's project exists
• Deleted projects result in file deletion within 30 days
• Customers can request manual deletion anytime

User Rights

• Customers own their artwork and can request it be deleted
• No files are used for any purpose other than backup and restore
• We do not analyze, sell, or share customer artwork

Data Processing

• All file transfers to Dropbox are automated and transparent
• No manual access or review of customer files occurs
• Transfers use encrypted connections (HTTPS)
